Livlings currently has no accounts
The current Livlings development build does not create an online account or upload game progress to DSCreations. Character, home, furniture and progress data is stored locally on your device.
Delete local game data
- Open Livlings.
- Open the home and game information panel.
- Select Reset game.
- Confirm that you want to delete the local character, homes, furniture and progress.
You can also delete local data by clearing Livlings application storage in your device settings or uninstalling the app. These actions normally cannot be undone.
Delete support correspondence
If you previously emailed us and want us to delete support correspondence that we still hold, email support@livlings.com from the same email address and describe the messages concerned. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Future accounts
If Livlings later introduces accounts or cloud saves, this page and the app will be updated with a direct account-and-data deletion process before that feature is released.
