1. Who we are
Livlings is a game published by DSCreations. This policy explains how information is handled by the Livlings mobile application and the website at livlings.com.

2. Current app data
The current Livlings development build does not require an account and does not transmit game progress to DSCreations. Your Livling's name, needs, coins, homes, furniture, preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.
The current build does not contain advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking or location tracking. We do not sell personal information.
3. Local storage and deletion
Local game data remains on the device until you reset the game, clear the application's storage or uninstall Livlings. The in-game Reset game option deletes the locally stored character, homes, furniture and progress.
Because the current build has no online account, DSCreations cannot identify, retrieve or remotely delete local game data.
4. Website information
Livlings.com does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or account registration. Like most web servers, our hosting infrastructure may create limited technical logs such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser identifier and error information. These logs are used for security, reliability and fault diagnosis and are not used to build advertising profiles.
5. Email support
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details and support message. We use it only to answer the enquiry, investigate the reported problem, protect our services or meet a legal obligation.
Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then deleted in line with normal mailbox administration and applicable legal requirements.
6. Children
Livlings is designed to be welcoming to a broad audience. The current app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. A child should ask a parent or guardian before sending an email to us.
7. Stores and future services
Apple and Google may process information when you download Livlings or make a store purchase under their own privacy policies. DSCreations does not receive full payment-card details from those stores.
If a future update adds cloud saves, accounts, analytics, advertising, online play or another service that changes how data is handled, this policy and the relevant store privacy disclosures will be updated before or when that feature is released.
8. Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights concerning personal information held about you. To ask a question or exercise an applicable right, email support@livlings.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as Livlings develops or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page and its updated date will be shown above.
