1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Livlings game and livlings.com, provided by DSCreations. By using Livlings, you agree to these terms and any applicable rules of the store from which you obtained the app.
2. Development versions
Preview and test builds are unfinished software. Features, balancing, saved data and availability may change. You should not rely on a development build to preserve progress permanently.
3. Licence to use Livlings
DSCreations grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Livlings for private entertainment, subject to these terms. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Virtual items and currency
Coins, furniture, homes and other virtual items exist only within Livlings. They are not real currency, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside any process expressly provided by DSCreations.
5. Purchases
If paid content is added, purchases will be processed by the relevant application store and will also be subject to that store's terms, refund procedures and payment policies. Pricing and availability may vary by region.
6. Intellectual property
Livlings, its characters, artwork, software, designs, text, music, branding and website content are owned by or licensed to DSCreations and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Livlings enjoyable and reliable but cannot promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DSCreations is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of a free development build.
8. Changes
We may update Livlings and these terms as the game develops. Material changes will be reflected by changing the date at the top of this page.
